A ten minute delay in arriving for an appointment with a family doctor or any doctor, for that matter is generally considered normal and is often accommodated within the healthcare system. Today, I arrived at the reception desk exactly ten minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Although all four reception staff members were available, Ms. Marisela called me to the first window. I handed her my ID so she could check me into the system. After a brief delay, she turned to me and said that I had arrived late and that she would need to ask the doctor whether he would still see me. I respectfully disagreed and explained that I was not unreasonably late. A ten minute grace period is commonly accepted in many medical offices, whether due to exceptional circumstances or normal delays that occur in everyday life. To make a long story short, Ms. Marisela’s inappropriate and unprofessional attitude negatively affected both my day and my scheduled appointment. I found her conduct discourteous and inconsistent with the level of professionalism patients should expect from reception staff. scheduled an appointment months in advance, showed up and checked in at the front and was led to my waiting room. after waiting for about 45 minutes from being 15 minutes early, i checked in again to see what the wait was for and they told me they could not bring me in for my appointment because of my medical provider... why even let me schedule the appointment at all if you could not bring me in for it???? definitely deserves the bad ratings. not coming back

Every time I would like to share my experience regarding appointment wait times. Unfortunately, every time I have had an appointment, I have been kept waiting for a long time before being seen by the doctor. This has been quite frustrating and inconvenient, especially when appointments are scheduled in advance. I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but consistent long waiting times make it difficult to manage my schedule. I would appreciate it if efforts could be made to improve punctuality and reduce the waiting time for patients.

On December 7, 2025 my CPAP machine stopped working in the middle of me napping. December 7th was a Friday, so had to wait until Monday to let them know that it stopped working. Very difficult to get through. I told the nurse on the phone to let my Doctor know that I need a new prescription for my CPAP machine urgently! I have severe sleep Apena since 1999. I have been ignored so many times of my request. Made multiple calls & still no response. I have an appointment January 14, 2026 & hopefully I can get the care i need. Also I'm a senior citizen with multiple health issues. Never ever been neglected in my life! Sleep Apena is a sleeping disorder. I still don't have a prescription since December 2025-January 2026😔This is absolutely outrageous. I need a CPAP MACHINE URGENTLY 😫

I got enrolled in the healthy partners program and so far it has been the best thing. I’ve been here twice twice, once for a regular check up. The second time was for an emergency that I had. The doctors are awesome. The staff also very nice very friendly. I also love that you have my chart App and there they have all your medical records you can set up appointments check the pharmacy for your prescriptions. You can also look for the doctors notes, reviews from your visits. I used to go to wellspace, and they will literally take months to give you an appointment. Here less than two weeks. I really like it here. I remember coming to this clinic when I was really young and they would take all day to see you. They have changed so much.
